I also use psycho-educational tools to help you understand behaviors and mind-body connections, empowering you to reframe situations and make informed adjustments in your life.

I work with adults navigating anxiety and life transitions. I help you discern between anxiety that keeps you stuck and anxiety that propels you forward. Whether you're facing divorce, career changes, empty nesting, or other major shifts, we'll work through these feelings to reach outcomes aligned with your goals.

Early on, I use questioning to understand your goals for therapy. We may focus on solution-focused work for acute concerns or take a deeper approach for chronic issues. The most successful clients set goals aligned with their core values, and I'll help ensure that alignment is present.
